On behalf of the entire Ghana Kanta Borah College, Tamulichiga family, I welcome you to our College. The college was established in the year 1983 with the primary objective of holding the beacon of higher education in the comparatively disadvantaged rural locality. The college bears a great heritage of academic achievements with its experience of long 40 years. The college got provincialised by the Govt. of Assam in 2021. The college has been accredited by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) in 2023 with Grade B (CGPA 2.31). The college is all set to implement NEP 2020 and participate in Academic Bank of Credit (ABC).

Our commitment is to endow the students with in-depth and high level learning, to develop their moral values, and also to empower them with different skills. We prepare our students with confidence to face the challenges of the highly competitive world and career progression and also to nurture them to become responsible human beings. The college has a highly qualified and experienced teaching staff who facilitate the students to keep abreast with academic challenges and developments.
